Residents are invited to connect with Tukwila Police officers over coffee during a relaxed community event on Friday, April 18, 2025, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Westfield Southcenter Mall.
The event, Coffee with a Cop, is designed to encourage open conversation between law enforcement and the community.
Shoppers and residents will have the opportunity to ask questions, express concerns, and get to know the officers who serve the city — all in a welcoming, informal atmosphere.
In addition to coffee and conversation, attendees can enjoy yard games and casual interaction with officers outside of emergency situations or formal meetings.
The event is part of a national initiative aimed at building trust and strengthening relationships between police and the public through direct, personal engagement.
