A vehicle-pedestrian collision on Tukwila International Boulevard near South 140th Street on Thursday night, Feb. 6, 2025, has resulted in the death of an adult male, according to Tukwila Police.
Police said the incident prompted a full closure of the roadway as detectives from the Traffic Unit conducted the investigation.
Police confirmed that the driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
“All lanes will be closed for the duration of the investigation,” Tukwila police said in a statement, urging motorists to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
The investigation is ongoing, and no further details about the circumstances of the collision have been released.
