Regional leaders and community members will gather for the next Highline Forum on Wednesday, Mar. 26, 225, from 2:30–4:30 p.m. at Federal Way City Hall.

The topic for this forum will be “Sound Insulation Repair & Replacement Pilot Program.”

The hybrid meeting will also be accessible virtually via Microsoft Teams, allowing broader public participation.

The Highline Forum provides a platform for local governments, agencies, and community members to discuss pressing regional issues related to aviation, infrastructure, and public policy.

This month’s meeting will feature:

  • Public comments from community members on key concerns.
  • A presentation from Federal Way Mayor Jim Ferrell, the host city’s leader.
  • An update on the Sound Insulation Repair and Replacement Pilot Program, presented by Noise Program Manager Ryan McMullan.
  • A legislative update on StART (Sea-Tac Airport Roundtable) priorities by State Government Relations Manager John Flanagan.
  • A StART program update from Aviation Capital Delivery Director Clare Gallagher.

Community members can submit comments in multiple ways:

  • By email: Comments sent to Kaplan.D@PortSeattle.org will be distributed to Forum members.
  • Via Microsoft Teams: Those wishing to comment virtually must email Kaplan.D@PortSeattle.org by 9:00 a.m. on March 26 to receive a meeting link.
  • In person: Attendees can sign up to speak upon arrival at Federal Way City Hall at least 15 minutes before the meeting starts.
