Meet Ozzy, RASKC’s Pet of the Week! Ozzy is a 48 pound, one-year-old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier who was brought to RASKC in early October and is looking for his forever home:

Ozzy is a very affectionate lovebug and would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home! He also has an independent side and likes to do his own thing at times. Ozzy is a very smart boy and is practicing how to “sit,” “stay,” “come,” “down,” and “shake.” He’s also energetic and loves to play, so does best with lots of exercise and something to keep his mind busy. Ozzy seems to do well around other dogs his size, so he might make a good playmate!

As with most younger dogs, Ozzy will require patience because everything is brand new and he will need some TLC while he learns. He will need a home where someone is available for him in the early days. It’s important to be consistent with Ozzy and socialize him so he can have the best companionship with people and other animals.

Ozzy is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption comes with many benefits in addition to the love and snuggles he will give, including 30 days of opt-in health insurance through Trupanion and a discount on training through GoodPup.

As Pet of the Week, Ozzy’s adoption fee is reduced!

If you are ready to fall in love with an awesome pup, please come down to RASKC to visit Ozzy! RASKC is open weekdays from Noon to 5 p.m., and weekends from Noon to 4 p.m.
