Tukwila Police MCU detectives are requesting assistance from the public in locating any witnesses or surveillance footage related to a recent shooting incident that happened at the dog park near Foster Park.

Police said that upon arrival, officers found two adults with apparent gunshot wounds. The injured individuals were transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Initial investigations indicate that a verbal argument broke out between the two victims and another individual at the scene. The argument escalated into a physical altercation, during which the third individual opened fire, striking the other two. The shooter called 9-1-1 and remained at the scene until police arrived.

Authorities believe this to be an isolated incident involving the parties present, all of whom are accounted for. The investigation is ongoing, with Major Crimes Unit (MCU) detectives actively working the case.
