Tukwila Police responded to two violent incidents Tuesday night, Sept. 23, 2025, including an armed robbery and an unrelated shooting, authorities said.

Police said that just before 7 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 6800 block of South 180th Street after receiving a report that multiple men held a woman at gunpoint and stole items from her vehicle.

The suspects left the scene before officers arrived.

Then at around 10:13 p.m., police were called to the 16200 block of West Valley Highway for a report of a shooting. Officers found a victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, who was transported to a hospital.

Based on the initial investigation, police said it appeared the victim and suspect shot at each other during an altercation, striking the victim.

The suspect fled and has not been located.
