Tukwila Police arrested two individuals on Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 6, 2025 in separate but simultaneous incidents that unfolded at the same location on Tukwila International Boulevard.

Officers were initially dispatched around 4 p.m. to a reported assault in the 3700 block of South 144th Street. The victim, who sustained minor injuries, told officers he was randomly attacked by a stranger who fled the scene on foot. The victim declined medical aid.

Police later located the alleged attacker near the 14600 block of Tukwila International Boulevard (map below), where officers moved in to detain him. While doing so, they observed an unrelated incident — a coffee stand employee engaged in lewd conduct with a customer, who immediately drove off.

The coffee stand employee was cited for lewd conduct and arrested. The assault suspect was taken into custody and was found to have previously been trespassed from the location. He was booked into jail for assault and criminal trespass.

Police said the two incidents were unrelated but occurred simultaneously, requiring quick coordination at the scene.

No additional suspects were being sought as of Thursday morning.
